Duochrome waves

Hi all :)

For the second time since I started getting into polishes, I found an Essence LE display in my local supermarket! Awesome! Because Essence is not sold here in Denmark! This time it was the In Style LE.. And it happens to have a lovely duochrome.. Ss I used this as a base for this mani..

My stamping has improved a bit, but I still have a lot of flaws..

Cups of inspiration..

Hi all :)

These nails are inspired by some cups I bought recently.. I really liked how they looked and thought they would be easy to turn into nail art.. So I did :)

Here's a pic together with the cups.. I didn't realise that there were a ring of green in the 'dotted flower' until I was taking pic of the cup.. Sooo, there's no green ring in my interpretation..

I wanna ask you guys a favor.. On saturday I'm going to take a TOEFL-test (an english language test) as a part of my application as an exchange student to the University of Maryland.. I will be tested on both my writing, speaking and listening skills.. So I'm going to ask you this:

Are there any grammatical errors that I make over and over again? Or words I use the wrong way? Or something else that I don't get right?

That way, if you point something out for me, I can work on it until Saturday and hopefully get a good enough test result to be accepted at Maryland ;) Thanks in advance!

Colorful Wavey

Hi all :)

I've finished the last exam :D That means I have 2 weeks off! I really need that!

Allright this mani is a bit more colorful than the last ones.. But it didn't end up as I wanted it to.. But still thought it was okay..

The pics aren't coloraccurate.. I had one color in my mind I wanted to wear, but didn't know which other colors to choose.. But the I saw this colorscheme by DesignSeed:

I've shown one here on the blog before, because Abby was doing Color Cue posts, where she used these from Design Seeds sometimes.. And I was doing manis off of Abby's Color Cues.. Well I did it twice.. Then I got busy and.. yeah.. haha.. So I'm going to put a 'Color Cue' tag on this post, even though it isn't based off of Abby's Color Cues.. I hope that'll be okay!

Just a little bit late..

Hi all :)

Well, it's been a while! haha.. After the trip to Sweden I was in full blown exam mode, with just a little break at New Years Eve. I took the long trip to Jutland and went back again 24 hours later to work on the exam and meet up with my group.. We handed in hour paper 4 days ago and the last 24 hours (or so) was crazy.. We worked 18 hours straight, but didn't feel it was good enough to hand in, so we slept only two hours and worked the last 5 hours we had before handing it in.. We still wasn't satisfied, but we kindof had to hand it in .p haha..

We decided to have a days break before starting on the next exam. I spent that day sleeping and cleaning.. Sooo.. We're in the middle of the next exam, and actually I haven't got the time to blog, but I missed it so much! (can you tell from all the rambling? :p)

This is the mani I wore NYE.. I just needed something quick and festive..

A Depend holiday polish and Nubar White Polka Dot

Here's a close up.. you can see that the smaller glitter in White Polka Dot are gold and green/blue-ish.. I had hoped it was all white.. But it's still pretty :)
